NASA Robotics Education
This website is a wealth of information and activities related to robotics. There are classroom lesson plans for all grades, an image gallery that can be sorted via thumbnail slides. There is information about robotic careers and profiles of NASA scientists and engineeers who work on robots. Numerous activities are design-based and students use their problem solving skills. There are programs for undergraduates and graduates also. Multimedia section has video clips and interactive activities. Activities can be used to supplement the teacher's current curriculum and there are robotic competitions, develop your own podscast and activities for after school clubs.

This TV series premiered on PBS in October 2009. A cast of college-aged contestants create a high-energy, high-drama reality TV series as they design and build working solutions for real world clients. Engineers have led a technological revolution that has improved the quality of our lives but students and adults today do not understand how technology that they use in their daily lives works. The objective is to increase student knowledge of engineering and the design process. This program is more than a TV series. There is an on-line companion. The website extends concepts presented on the show and provides viewers with an opportunity to explore content through the lens of engineering as problem-solving using science, math and technology.
