The SciLinks Assignment Tool allows your students to show what they have learned from the Web resources SciLinks provides. There are two ways to create an assignment:

1. If your students are using codes from SciLinked texts, start with the code to build a Question Pool.
2. If you are an NSTA member, start by searching for a topic in the NSTA Member-only Keyword Search, and then build a Question Pool. Members of NSTA have keyword search access to SciLinks; click here to learn more about becoming a member.

In either case, before you create an assignment, review the web pages in the Student Section. These are the pages your students will see, so any assignments should reference the content found there.

There are four steps to creating an Assignment:

• Create Question Pool
• Create Question(s)
• Create Test
• Assign to Students
